{8} NWA Vice President Charles Fraga stripped Tyrone Walker of the World Title an hour into his title reign due to several factors during his championship match with WidowMaker.
{9} Tournament final over London Freemantle
{10} The apparent death (later revealed to be faked) of champion, London Freemantle, led to the immediate vacating of the title.
{11} Michael Lennox and Eric Dane, who were scheduled to face each other later in the evening, were then given a match with Freemantle's opponent for the event, Malcolm Aboud, to crown a new World Champion, which Lennox subsequently won
{12} Kurt Swagger pins Michael Lennox in a 3-way match with the champion Mike Bell to become the champ for the second time.
{13} In a six man tag match, Cheshire pinned Micheal Lennox, his own partner, to capture the title.
{14} An immediate rematch was ordered, in which Lennox regained the title.

{20} Won a six man elimination match to become the new champion
{21} Diamond Mine beat Mimic for the title on July 8th, 2007 at RW's Ares Rising in a match that was not sanctioned by the NWA. The title was up for grabs at Shatterpoint where Diamond Mine solidified his victory and became the undisputed champion
{22} Diamond Mine relenquished his belt, and retired, putting the title up for grabs between the 2007 Thesz winner and the number one contender, Ronnie McNeil.
{23} David Dunn defeated 3 competitors to win the tournament, and squeezed by McNeil to become the new NWA World Heavyweight Champion.
{24} Shepherd was the last NWA World Heavyweight Champion when the NWA closed.
{25} The NWA still recognized Shepherd as the World Heavyweight Champion when they reopened. Dispite this fact, they created a new World Championship.
{26} Won the Lou Thesz Tournament 2009 to become the new World Champion.
{27} Ronnie defeated Aaron Shepherd for the NWA World Heavyweight Championship at July 2009's NWA Tradition event.
{28} Defeated Cam Eustis to become to unify the two titles and became the Undisputed NWA World Heavyweight Champion. {29} Won Lou Thesz Tournament and was awarded World title shot the same night, defeating Sean Cain.
